Welcome to Christmas Wonderland: it's I.N.T. !!!

Probably following the unwritten rule that says "the best Christmas album is a NON Christmas album" we finally got what we were longing for: a true xmas diggin' beats album. Call it a holy night mix tape, a little drummer boy session or a sleigh tracks ride this is mainly one thing: FUN.

The man, the mind, the quick activator of this mash up full of irony, quoting, eccentric diggin and bizarre music is I.N.T. And, you know what? I find myself talking about Dutch talents for the second time in 24 hours (see my latest entry in my Spanish blog Másàjazz).

I.N.T. is known as one half of the group La Melodia (with the singer Melodee), and he has released instrumental projects on labels such as Kindred Spirits, Fat City and Sonar Kollektiv. He also produced tracks and remixes for Frank-N- Dank, Roc C, Rednose Distrikt among others. The man is misteriously modest while being one of the top beatmakers in the old continent. Above everything else what we have here is a sincere independent and hardcore underground creator. A head full of talent and sparkly funky-ism.

This project is a gift in all respects. It's a self-produced adventure inspired by countless of christmas albums (no matter what the source), a perfect blend of Madlib-esque crate diggin for loops plus new music to combine with. A full force challenge where I.N.T. spent more than 3 weeks to reach it's release right about NOW. It's free to download but that doesn't mean it has no value, my friend.
